Imanis Glam Xtensions takes 2-3 days to process wigs and 4-5 days to ship. Bundles of hair usually take 4-5 days to ship but if the hair is still in the factory, please allow us 2-3 days ahead to process.

There is absolutely no returns or exchange with this company. Once you have received your package their is no sending the hair back.
